Sorting & Demolition Grabs
The RS Grabs are designed and manufactured to perform the demolition of brick buildings and allow the selection of different materials resulting from this work; they are also used for the handling of rubble, waste, wood and stones. Given their characteristics, they can be used to speed up the rescue operations in case of natural disasters.
They consist of two tines with synchronized movement which are pivoted to a strong frame-work. The equipment is equipped with a strong hydraulic rotator, rigidly connected to the excavator arm to ensure maximum precision work.
The steelwork and cylinders are made of high quality and durable materials while the parts subject to abrasion are made of wear-resistant steel HB400. The pins and the bushings are made of special steel with heat treatment for hardening, so as to ensure a long life even with poor lubrication.
All models can be supplied with a head plate and Pins to suit your machine.
The cylinders are equipped with a safety valve that prevents accidental opening in the event of sudden pressure drops. Interchangeable bolted edge are provided on request. Careful design and innovative manufacturing processes ensure reliability and maximum performance even in harsh working conditions.
