Terms & Conditions

1.      Ownership of goods remains with ATLAS TECHNICAL SERVICES LIMITED until payment is made in full. Permission Is granted allowing ATLAS TECHNICAL SERVICES to repossess any unpaid good at any time.

2.      All invoices are due and payable within payment terms. If a payment is overdue the company reserves the right to charge an interest rate of 1.5% per month from which the payment should have been made until date of payment. All charges and costs relating to collection of overdue payment will be charged to the buyer.

3.      Dates given by the company for service/ delivery will be estimated but cannot be guaranteed however will be maintained as closely as possible.

4.      In the event the buyer receives defective goods/service, they must contact the relevant department at ATLAS TECHNICAL SERVICES as soon as possible. The company will work with the buyer to rectify any faults due to goods/services as long as no other person(s) have interfered, tampered with, or tried to rectify the issue.

5.      All services and goods are subject to VAT at the current rate and the buyer shall pay to the company a sum equal to such tax and in addition to and at the same time as the prices so specified.

6.      The buyer shall not be entitled to withdraw or set off payment of any amount due to the company under the terms of the contract in respect of fault/defective goods and or services or for any other reason which is contested or liability for which is not admitted by the company.

7.      Should the buyer commit any act of bankruptcy or being a limited company if any resolution or petition to wind up such companies business shall be passed or presented or a receiver be appointed of its undertaking property or assets or any part therefor or if any buyer, whether and individual company, shall have any execution or distress levied upon any of its goods or property, the company shall have the right to determine and contract then subsisting without prejudice to claim or right the company might otherwise make exercise.

8.      The company cannot accept any responsibility for errors and omissions due to incorrect pricing.

9.      The company will provide us with copies of their relevant insurance documents (Employers and Public), Health and Safety documentation and Environmental.

10.  The buyer must clearly state of any Health and Safety equipment to be used before works are commenced.
